SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN

1. APPLICABILITY

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to purchases of products and services (collectively "Products") by the sellers ("sosrait") and buyers ("Buyers"), through the web Sosrait and are only subject to the following Terms

1. PENERAPAN

Syarat dan Ketentuan Penjualan ("Persyaratan") ini berlaku untuk pembelian produk dan layanan (secara kolektif disebut "Produk") oleh penjual ("sosrait") dan pembeli ("Pembeli"), melalui situs Sosrait dan hanya tunduk pada Persyaratan berikut

2. USER ACCOUNT

1. PT. Talasi Tru Origin is a company that operates the web business Sosrait
2. User registration at Sosrait.com is free of charge. 6. The user hereby states that Sosrait is not responsible for any losses or constraints arising from the misuse of the User's account caused by User negligence, including but unlimited to lending or providing account access to other parties. Accessing links or links provided by other parties, provide or show a verification code (OTP), password or email to other parties, or other User negligence which results in losses or constraints on User accounts.
   
   Sosrait members hereby declare that they are willing to automatically become a subscriber the first time they register.

2. AKUN PENGGUNA

1. PT. Talasi Tru Origin adalah sebuah Perseroan yang menjalankan usaha Situs Sosrait
2. Sosrait tidak memungut biaya pendaftaran kepada Pengguna. Sosrait tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu kepada Pengguna, memiliki kewenangan untuk melakukan tindakan yang perlu atas setiap dugaan pelanggaran atau pelanggaran Syarat & ketentuan dan/atau hukum yang berlaku, seperti pembatalan pembelian, suspensi akun, dan/atau penghapusan akun.
3. Pengguna dengan ini menyatakan bahwa pengguna adalah orang yang cakap dan mampu untuk mengikatkan dirinya dalam sebuah perjanjian yang sah menurut hukum.
4. Pengguna bertanggung jawab secara pribadi untuk menjaga kerahasiaan akun dan password untuk semua aktivitas yang terjadi dalam akun Pengguna.
5. Pengguna setuju untuk memastikan bahwa Pengguna keluar dari akun di akhir setiap sesi dan memberitahu Sosrait jika ada penggunaan tanpa izin atas sandi atau akun Pengguna.
6. Pengguna dengan ini menyatakan bahwa Sosrait tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian ataupun kendala yang timbul atas penyalahgunaan akun Pengguna yang diakibatkan oleh kelalaian Pengguna, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada meminjamkan atau memberikan akses akun kepada pihak lain. Mengakses link atau tautan yang diberikan oleh pihak lain, memberikan atau memperlihatkan kode verifikasi (OTP), password atau email kepada pihak lain, maupun kelalaian Pengguna lainnya yang mengakibatkan kerugian ataupun kendala pada akun Pengguna.
   
   Member Sosrait dengan ini menyatakan bersedia secara otomatis menjadi subscriber pada saat pertama kali mendaftar.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1. Sosrait ensures that all information listed about the product has been made as accurate as possible. We try our best to always provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information for every product on this site. If the product offered by Sosrait does not match what is stated in the product description, then the User can return the product on the condition that the Product is unused and the seal has not been opened.
2. If during the warranty period there is damage to the Product that is not caused by user negligence and/or the condition of the Product as stated in point a above, please contact us at [email protected].

ORDER ACKNOWLEDGE

1. Buyer accepts these Terms by ordering Products to be purchased hereunder this Agreement by submitting one or more written purchase order to the Sosrait. Each purchase order must be filled correctly and completely in the order form that is provided on the Sosrait system. In no event shall any other terms or conditions set forth on a purchase order submitted by the Buyer be binding on Sosrait, until confirmed by Sosrait in writing by an order acknowledgement or invoice (the "Order Confirmation").
2. Before purchasing a product, the Buyer agrees and is responsible for reading, understanding, and agreeing to the information / description of the entire product (including but not limited to the type of product, weight, quality, function, and other available information).
3. Orders and deliveries via online transactions will be processed after payment is received by the bank account of PT. Talasi Tru Origin.
4. Orders Confirmation received before 1pm will be processed on the same day. orders after 1pm will be processed the next day.
5. Orders Confirmation received on holidays, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following working day.
6. If there is an error in the nominal price of the product caused by a typing error or incorrect price and information or breach of Sosrait's terms and conditions, then Sosrait has the right to reject or cancel orders that use the wrong price, including orders that have been paid.
   
   Product stock availability is the responsibility of Sosrait which offers the product and product stock availability can change at any time, so that if the product stock is empty, Sosrait will reject the order, and the payment made for the product is returned to the buyer.

3. DESKRIPSI PRODUK

1. Sosrait memastikan bahwa seluruh informasi yang tertera mengenai produk telah dibuat seakurat mungkin. Kami berusaha maksimal untuk selalu memberikan informasi lengkap, akurat, dan terbaru untuk setiap produk yang ada dalam situs ini. Jika produk yang ditawarkan oleh Sosrait tidak sesuai dengan yang tertera dalam deskripsi produk, maka Pengguna dapat mengembalikannya dalam keadaan Produk belum terpakai dan segel belum terbuka.
2. Jika dalam masa garansi terjadi kerusakan pada Produk yang bukan disebabkan kesalahan pengguna dan/atau kondisi Produk sebagaimana  point a diatas, silakan menghubungi kami di  [email protected].

 PENGAKUAN PESANAN

1. Pembeli menerima Persyaratan ini dengan memesan Produk yang akan dibeli berdasarkan Perjanjian ini dengan mengirimkan satu atau lebih pesanan pembelian tertulis kepada Sosrait. Setiap pesanan pembelian tersebut harus mengisi dengan benar dan lengkap dalam form pemesanan yang telah tersedia pada sistem Sosrait. Dalam hal apa pun syarat atau ketentuan lain yang ditetapkan pada pesanan pembelian yang diajukan oleh Pelanggan tidak akan mengikat Penjual, sampai dikonfirmasi oleh Penjual secara tertulis melalui pengakuan atau faktur pesanan ("Pengakuan Pesanan")
2. Pada saat melakukan pembelian Produk, Pembeli setuju dan bertanggung jawab membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui informasi/deskripsi keseluruhan Produk (termasuk didalamnya namun tidak terbatas pada jenis produk, berat, kualitas, fungsi, dan informasi lain yang tersedia). Saat melakukan pembelian Produk, Pembeli setuju dan bertanggung jawab membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui informasi/deskripsi keseluruhan Produk (termasuk didalamnya namun tidak terbatas pada warna, kualitas, fungsi, dan informasi lain yang tersedia).
3. Pesanan dan pengiriman melalu transaksi online akan diproses setelah pembayaran diterima oleh rekening bank atas nama PT. Talasi Tru Origin.[a2] 
4. Pengakuan Pesanan yang diterima sebelum jam 1 siang akan diproses pada hari yang sama. pesanan setelah jam 1 siang akan diproses keesokan harinya.[a3]
5. Pengakuan Pesanan yang diterima pada hari libur, Sabtu dan Minggu, akan diproses pada hari kerja berikutnya.
6. Jika terjadi kesalahan nominal harga produk yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan pengetikan atau kesalahan harga dan informasi atau pelanggaran syarat dan ketentuan Sosrait, maka Sosrait memiliki hak untuk menolak atau membatalkan pesanan yang menggunakan harga yang salah, termasuk pesanan yang telah dibayarkan.
7. Ketersediaan stok Produk merupakan tanggung jawab Sosrait yang menawarkan Produk tersebut dan ketersediaan stok Produk dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu, sehingga dalam keadaan stok Produk kosong, maka Sosrait akan menolak order, dan pembayaran yang telah dilakukan atas produk dikembalikan kepada Pembeli.

4. PRICE

Prices for Products covered by this Agreement may be adjusted by Sosrait, upon notice to Buyer at any time before the Order Confirmation has been accepted by Buyer, to reflect any increase in the Sosrait cost of raw materials incurred by Seller after issuance of the applicable Order Confirmation. Prices in any Order Confirmation from Seller are subject to change upon notice sent to Buyer at any time before the Order Confirmation has been accepted. All stated prices are inclusive of any taxes, fees, duties, and levies, however designated or imposed, including but not limited to value-added and withholding taxes that are levied or based upon the amounts paid under this Agreement (collectively, “Taxes”). Any Taxes related to the Products purchased pursuant to this Agreement are the responsibility of the Buyer

4. HARGA

Harga Produk yang tercakup dalam Perjanjian ini dapat disesuaikan oleh Sosrait, dengan pemberitahuan kepada Pembeli kapan saja sebelum Konfirmasi Penjualan diterima, untuk mencerminkan setiap kenaikan biaya bahan mentah Sosrait yang dikeluarkan. Harga dapat berubah setelah pemberitahuan dikirim ke Pembeli kapan saja sebelum Konfirmasi Penjualan diterima. Semua harga yang disebutkan sudah termasuk pajak, ongkos, bea, dan retribusi apa pun, [a4] namun ditetapkan atau dikenakan, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada pajak pertambahan nilai dan pemotongan yang dipungut atau berdasarkan jumlah yang dibayarkan berdasarkan Perjanjian ini (secara bersama-sama disebut "Pajak" ). Pajak apa pun yang terkait dengan Produk yang dibeli berdasarkan Perjanjian ini adalah tanggung jawab Pembeli

5. PAYMENT

1. Sosrait cooperates with Third Parties as payment gateway providers in transaction processes that are supported by the 'one time password' (3D secure) feature to ensure the security of user transactions.
2. Sosrait shall be entitled to invoice Buyer for the price of the Goods before the shipment of the Goods.
3. Buyer must pay in full to Sosrait within the period determined by Sosrait and in accordance with the procedures indicated in the Order Confirmations issued by Sosrait.
4. Payments are only made via registered payment systems. The buyer must ensure that the amount paid is in accordance with the Order Confirmation, before making a payment, to prevent payment failure.
5. If there is an overpayment, then request for a refund can only be done within 2x24 hours after the product is received, by attaching a photo of the product and the address of the recipient of the refund. Sosrait has the right to accept or reject the delivery of refunds with certain considerations.
   
   Payments made after the set time will be automatically rejected by the Sosrait system. And the Buyer must carry out the reorder process for the issue of a new Order Recognition.

5. PEMBAYARAN

1. Sosrait bekerjasama dengan Pihak Ketiga sebagai penyelengara payment gateway dalam proses transaksi yang didukung fitur ‘one time password’ (3D secure) untuk menjamin keamanan transaksi pengguna.
2. Sosrait berhak menagih Pembeli untuk harga Barang sebelum pengiriman Barang
3. Pembeli harus membayar kepada Sosrait dalam jangka waktu yang ditetapkan Sosrait dan sesuai dengan tatacara yang ditunjukkan dalam Pengakuan Pesanan yang diterbitkan oleh Sosrait.
4. Pembayaran hanya dilakukan melalui sistem pembayaran terdaftar. Pembeli harus memastikan nominal yang dibayarkan sesuai dengan pengakuan pesanan, sebelum melakukan pembayaran, untuk mencegah kegagalan pembayaran.
5. Jika terjadi kelebihan pembayaran, maka pengajuan pengembalian dana hanya dapat dilakukan dalam 2x24 jam setelah produk diterima, dengan melampirkan foto produk dan alamat penerima pengembalian uang. Sosrait memiliki hak untuk menerima atau menolak penyerahan pengembalian uang dengan pertimbangan tertentu.
   
   Pembayaran yang dilakukan setelah melewati jangka waktu akan ditolak secara otomatis oleh sistem Sosrait. Dan Pembeli harus melakukan proses pemesanan ulang untuk penerbitan Pengakuan Pesanan yang baru.

6. SHIPMENT

1. Sosrait will deliver the Goods in accordance with the delivery terms and at the place of delivery stated in the Order Confirmations.
2. Delivery time according to the service coverage of the destination area
3. Delivery of products using the delivery service provider company that has officially collaborated with Sosrait.
4. Order Confirmation that has been verified and processed before 12 noon will be sent on the same day, after 12 noon will be carried out on the next working day. Orders on holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
5. Any provisions relating to the delivery of products are the sole authority of the delivery service provider.
6. The buyer understands and agrees that any problems that occur during the process of shipment the goods by the goods, delivery service provider are the responsibility of the delivery service provider.
7. Products that have been purchased cannot be returned or exchanged for other products, except by prior agreement.

6. PENGIRIMAN

1. Sosrait mengirimkan Barang sesuai dengan syarat pengiriman dan di tempat pengiriman yang dinyatakan dalam Pengakuan Pesanan.
2. Jangka waktu pengiriman sesuai dengan jarang jangkauan layanan daerah tujuan.
3. Pengiriman produk menggunakan jasa perusahaan ekspedisi yang telah resmi bekerja sama dengan Sosrait.
4. Pengakuan Pesanan yang telah diverifikasi dan diproses sebelum jam 12 siang akan dikirimkan di hari yang sama, setelah jam 12 siang akan dilakukan di hari kerja berikutnya. Pesanan di hari libur akan dikirimkan di hari kerja berikutnya.
5. Setiap ketentuan berkenaan dengan proses pengiriman produk adalah wewenang sepenuhnya penyedia jasa layanan pengiriman.
6. Pembeli memahami dan menyetujui bahwa setiap permasalahan yang terjadi pada saat proses pengiriman Barang oleh penyedia jasa layanan pengiriman adalah merupakan tanggung jawab penyedia jasa layanan pengiriman.
7. Barang yang telah dibeli tidak dapat dikembalikan atau ditukar dengan barang lain, kecuali berdasarkan perjanjian terlebih dahulu.

7. REFUNDS

Buyers can apply for a refund with the following conditions:

1. Excess payment from the Buyer over the price of the Product
2. The product is not accepted by the buyer due to the fault of the delivery service provider.
3. The product received has expired.
   Products that have been received in a damaged condition refer to the following conditions: packaging is damaged/torn/perforated.

7. PENGEMBALIAN DANA

Pembeli dapat mengajukan pengembalian dana dengan syarat sebagai berikut:

1. Kelebihan pembayaran dari Pembeli atas harga Produk
2. Produk  tidak diterima oleh Pembeli karena kesalahan pihak penyedia jasa layanan pengiriman.
3. Produk yang diterima telah kadaluarsa.
   Produk yang telah diterima dalam kondisi rusak mengacu kepada kondisi berikut: kemasan sudah rusak/robek/berlubang.

8. CHANGES

Sosrait reserves the right to alter, modify, or redesign its products without any obligation to replace previous shipments to Buyer.

8. PERUBAHAN

Sosrait berhak mengubah, memodifikasi, atau mendesain ulang produknya tanpa kewajiban apa pun untuk mengganti pengiriman sebelumnya ke Pembeli.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights arising out of or in connection with the Products are the exclusive property of Sosrait. The sale of Products shall not, by implication or otherwise, convey any license under any intellectual property right relating to the compositions and/or applications of the Products. Buyer explicitly assumes all risks of any intellectual property infringement by reason of the use of the Products, whether singularly or in combination with other materials or in any processing operation.

9. KEKAYAAN INTELEKTUAL

Semua hak kekayaan intelektual yang timbul dari atau sehubungan dengan Produk adalah milik eksklusif Sosrait. Penjualan Produk tidak boleh, secara tersirat atau sebaliknya, menyampaikan lisensi apa pun di bawah hak kekayaan intelektual apa pun yang berkaitan dengan komposisi dan / atau aplikasi Produk. Pembeli secara eksplisit menanggung semua risiko pelanggaran kekayaan intelektual apa pun dengan alasan penggunaan Produk, baik secara tunggal atau dalam kombinasi dengan bahan lain atau dalam operasi pemrosesan apa pun.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Seller will not be liable for any failures or delays caused by strikes, differences from workers, or any causes beyond the reasonable control of Seller, including but unlimited to fires, floods, accidents, action of any governmental authority, war, insurrection or riots, or shortages of labor, energy, raw materials, production facilities, or transportation. Where delays or failures are caused by labor difficulties, Seller will not be obligated to seek or obtain any settlement, in Seller’s sole judgment, that is not in Seller’s best interest.

10. KEADAAN MEMAKSA

Penjual tidak akan bertanggung jawab atas kegagalan atau penundaan apa pun yang disebabkan oleh pemogokan, perbedaan dengan pekerja, atau penyebab apa pun di luar kendali wajar haldinfood, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada kebakaran, banjir, kecelakaan, tindakan otoritas pemerintah, perang, pemberontakan, atau kerusuhan. , atau kekurangan tenaga kerja, energi, bahan mentah, fasilitas produksi, atau transportasi. 11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

All matters arising out of or relating to this Agreement are governed by and construed in accordance with Indonesia Law.

The seller will have the sole and exclusive right to determine whether any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Agreement, or the breach thereof, will be submitted to a court of law or arbitrated. The venue for any the arbitration in Indonesia.

11. HUKUM YANG BERLAKU DAN YURISDIKSI

Semua hal yang timbul dari atau terkait dengan Perjanjian ini diatur oleh dan ditafsirkan sesuai dengan Hukum Indonesia.

Penjual akan memiliki hak tunggal dan eksklusif untuk menentukan apakah setiap perselisihan, kontroversi, atau klaim yang timbul dari atau terkait dengan Perjanjian, atau pelanggarannya, akan diajukan ke pengadilan atau arbitrase. Tempat arbitrase di Indonesia.

12. CHOICE OF LANGUAGE

This Term is executed in both the Indonesian and English, which versions are intended to be identical in meaning and effect. Should any irreconcilable conflict between the two versions be identified, then Indonesian version shall prevail.

12. PILIHAN BAHASA

Syarat dan Ketentuan ini dibuat dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris, yang versinya dimaksudkan agar memiliki arti dan efek yang identik. Jika ada konflik yang tidak dapat direkonsiliasi antara kedua versi tersebut teridentifikasi, maka versi bahasa Indonesia yang akan berlaku.

13. RENEWAL
Terms & conditions may be changed and / or updated from time to time without prior notice. Sosrait recommends that you read carefully and check this Terms & Conditions page from time to time for any changes. By continuing to access and use the Sosrait service, the user is deemed to have agreed to the changes in the Terms & Conditions.

13. PEMBAHARUAN
Syarat & ketentuan mungkin diubah dan/atau diperbaharui dari waktu ke waktu tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya. Sosrait menyarankan agar anda membaca secara seksama dan memeriksa halaman Syarat & ketentuan ini dari waktu ke waktu untuk mengetahui perubahan apapun. Dengan tetap mengakses dan menggunakan layanan Sosrait, maka pengguna dianggap menyetujui perubahan-perubahan dalam Syarat & Ketentuan.
